Located in Ahmedabad, our textile manufacturing unit boasts a robust infrastructure designed to produce the best quality of denim fabrics, cotton textiles, and synthetic greige fabrics with sustainability and efficiency. We are committed to delivering quality to our clients along with a safe working environment for our manpower.
Combining the best manufacturing technologies from all over the world with a skilled and trained workforce, Armaanya has a state-of-the-art infrastructure to produce the finest quality of fabrics that meet the needs of today’s market.
We have sustainably achieved this efficiency in production, using 40 air jet looms from Picanol in Belgium, a world-class humidification plant, German-grade compressors, and an overhead travelling cleaner system.
At Armaanya, we implement the 6S approach – sort, set in order, shine, standardise, sustain, and safety, the standard process to maintain efficiency, accessibility, hygiene, quality, and hazard control.
In an evolving world, where we seek efficiency and growth without making a significant impact on the environment, Armaanya discovered the way forward to manufacturing the finest fabrics in a sustainable manner.
We use air jet looms that consume less power and 20% less air than the other machines, still having the capacity to produce 35 lakh metres in a year. This is achieved with minimum wastage of yarn.
Operating at a very high RPM, these machines are designed to use all types of yarns to make the most precise and elegant weaves. Our smart programming and monitoring systems pave the way for numerous weaving patterns and fabrics.
Our futuristic technology allows us to work for the fast-growing market of the day. Automation and cloud-based systems allow us to increase manufacturing speed by 5% and provide the highest possible success rate.
